Course information
鈥淚t is the lone worker who makes the first advance in a subject; the details may be worked out by a team, but the prime idea is due to enterprise, thought, and perception of an individual.鈥 (Alexander Fleming)
Everyone has the potential to be enterprising. But what does that mean and how can you give develop your enterprising skills? 聽How can you give evidence of these skills?
If you鈥檙e not sure of the answer, don鈥檛 despair, everyone has the potential to be enterprising and see the opportunity in many situations.聽 This interactive workshop will give you a chance to think about what being enterprising means and consider how to spot opportunities to apply it.聽 We鈥檒l take a look at some case studies and you鈥檒l have a chance to identify your own examples and opportunities to be enterprising.聽 Come prepared to think outside the box and engage with likeminded students.
This session is open to everyone and will be of particular benefit to those with an interest in enterprise/ entrepreneurship or who have an idea they鈥檇 like to develop.聽
