Students who meet the requirements specified above, and who meet all other programme requirements, will be given automatic entry into Honours programmes.

BSc Honours

The general requirements are 480 credits over a period of normally four years (and not more than five years) or part-time equivalent, of which the final two years form an approved Honours programme of 240 credits, of which 90 credits are at 4000 or 5000 level and at least a further 120 credits at 3000 and/or 4000 or 5000 levels.

Students that took MT2506 and MT2507 must select from MT3504

Across Years Three and Four 210 credits must be achieved at 3000 and 4000 level with at least 90 of these at 4000 level. At least 90 credits must be from (PH and AS) modules and at least 90 credits from MT modules. ID4001 taken in the respective school counts towards the totals for PH/AS or MT.
