Course information
For staff who have attended Dealing with Difficult Behaviour 1 previously.
The course is designed for those who meet with challenging behaviour in the workplace and beyond.
We will do a quick overview of the behaviours: Passive, Aggressive, Manipulative and Assertive and discuss the behaviours that let YOU down. The course is designed to increase your self-awareness, challenge your present way of working and motivate change.
The course is open to dialogue in a confidential group setting where narrative is encouraged so you can learn from each other. Be prepared to share ‘your story’ BUT also know it is not essential and if you do not want to speak out, this is okay. Never underestimate the power of communication whether it is listening or talking
