Our leading meetings workshop provides valuable techniques to help you structure meetings more professionally, in order to get the best contributions from the meeting participants.
Aims and objectives
The aim of this course is to help staff that lead meetings to get the most out of the meetings they lead. The training will also help them achieve clearly defined meeting outcomes, by improving participant contributions and overcoming meeting challenges.聽
